What if I do not have a CV?

Can I get a free CV check first?
Yes. Send your current CV, LinkedIn profile, or work history notes with your target role. HireRefine can check first impression, structure, wording, role focus and whether a personal website would genuinely add value.
What if my CV is very old or messy?
That is common. Existing CVs can be rebuilt into a cleaner structure with clearer role-focused wording and more useful section flow.
What does this service include?
The service focuses on preparing the CV, cover letter, and website or profile materials you use when applying.
Will this improve my chances?
Stronger structure and clearer wording usually create better first impressions and make your experience easier to scan.
Do you guarantee interviews?
No service can honestly guarantee interviews or job offers. HireRefine improves the quality, structure and presentation of the materials you use when applying, so your experience is clearer and easier to review.
Is this ATS friendly?
CV layouts are kept clear, readable and sensible for modern application systems. Wording is also built around the target role. HireRefine does not claim fake ATS guarantees because systems vary between employers.
What if I do not have much experience?
The Starter CV package is built for first jobs, apprenticeships, retail, warehouse and people with limited experience.
How long does delivery take?
Typical CV work is delivered within 24 to 72 hours depending on project complexity and active workload. Website timelines are confirmed before build starts.
What formats do I receive?
CV and cover letter files are delivered digitally in practical formats ready for applications. Website projects are delivered as publish-ready files or agreed publish setup.
Can I review the CV before it is finished?
Yes. You review the draft before final delivery so wording, layout and details can be checked.
What do I need to send to start?
Send your current CV if you have one, your target role or industry, and key work history details. A LinkedIn profile link can also be used as a starting base.
How does the personal website package work?
Your website is designed around your CV content and target role. It can include profile summary, work history, skills, CV download and contact sections, optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Why would I add a personal website?
A website gives you one clean link with your profile, work history, skills, contact details and CV download. It is useful when you want a stronger online first impression than a PDF alone can give.
Can you help with LinkedIn or profile wording?
Yes. LinkedIn/profile wording can be added for headline, About section, experience wording, skills and guidance on linking your CV or personal website.
Is LinkedIn included?
LinkedIn Refresh is not included in every package. It is available as an add-on, and it is included in the Premium CV + Website + LinkedIn option.
Is hosting included?
Build and setup guidance are included. Hosting can be handled on your chosen platform and final publish options are discussed before delivery.
Do I need a domain name?
Not always. A personal website can be prepared first, then published with either a custom domain or a platform URL depending on the setup you choose.
Who pays for the domain?
The client normally pays any domain, hosting or third-party platform costs directly. HireRefine can guide the setup, but those ongoing costs are separate from the build package unless agreed in writing.
What happens after delivery?
Reasonable wording or layout tweaks are included within the stated support window. Website packages include 30-day minor revision support.
What does 30 days of minor updates mean?
It covers small wording, layout or profile-detail changes after website delivery. It does not include a full redesign, major new sections, new packages, ongoing hosting costs or large rebuild work.
Is the personal website included with every package?
No. It is included in website packages or can be bought separately.
Is this suitable for any profession?
Yes. HireRefine supports people in any profession. Trades, logistics, retail, office support, technical roles, and other sectors are all welcome.
Do you use one template for everyone?
No. Layout direction and wording are adapted to your background, role target and package choice.
Can you make role-specific versions?
Yes. A role-specific CV variant can be added if you are applying for different types of work and need wording adjusted for each direction.
Is the copy manually checked?
Yes. The aim is not lazy auto-generated fluff. Wording is structured around your real experience, then checked for clarity, tone, spelling and presentation before final delivery.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are confirmed clearly before work starts. Third-party payment providers may be used depending on the agreed process.
What if I am not sure which package to pick?
Pick "Not sure yet" on the form and you will get direct package guidance before work starts.
