Terms of service.

1. Service scope

HireRefine provides CV rewrites, new CV builds, cover letters, personal portfolio websites, and bundle services as agreed before project start.

2. Payment

Package pricing and payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Work starts once agreed payment conditions are met.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included in package scope. Additional revision requests outside agreed scope may be quoted separately.

4. Turnaround estimates

Timeline estimates are based on project complexity and current workload. Unless agreed in writing, timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.

5. Results and outcomes

HireRefine improves presentation quality and first impressions. Final outcomes depend on role fit, market conditions, employer decisions, and application strategy.

6. Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and final approval of deliverables before use.

7. Website support window

Where included, website packages include 30 days of minor updates after delivery. Ongoing updates beyond that period are available as an additional service.

8. Refund position

Because services are custom digital work, refund decisions are assessed case by case based on work stage, scope, and delivery status.

9. Ownership and delivery

Final files are delivered digitally after agreed payment terms are met. Usage rights for delivered materials transfer to the client unless stated otherwise in writing.
